About the course
Christ-Like Leadership is a transformational online course designed to help educators, ministry leaders, and faith-driven professionals develop leadership rooted in character, service, and integrity.
In a culture that often equates leadership with position or authority, this course re-centers leadership on biblical principles and practical influence. You’ll explore what it means to lead by example, cultivate strong values, communicate effectively, and build teams that thrive — all through a Christ-centered lens.

Brandon Pence
Brandon is the founder of "Teach Christian."
"Teach Christian" was created from a desire to empower and uplift Christian educators. Our mission is to serve as a hub of Christ-centered professional development, encouraging devotionals for Christian educators, assist in providing practical teaching strategies aligned with scripture, and provide access to resources available to educators that are grounded in biblical principles. Our goal is to help teachers create effective Christian learning environments in which students can thrive.
Our core scripture is Colossians 3:23-24 which says, "And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."
"Teach Christian" was founded by Brandon Pence, an educator with over two decades of experience in early care and education, six years in youth ministry, and as the founder of a Christian school, Grace Bible Academy.
This ministry was conceived as a resource for educators seeking Christ-centered and biblically sound professional development, encouragement, and resources to help them in their day-to-day life as an eduactor.
